FAQ
-
I work on a wide range of creative and digital projects, including photography, videography, film and editing, narration and podcast production, website development, writing and publishing, marketing, branding, and consulting.
Some clients need help with one specific piece of a project. Others need help bringing several pieces together. I’m comfortable working either way.
The best place to start is simply to tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, and we can figure out what makes the most sense from there.
-
Yes. Most of my work can be done remotely, which allows me to work with clients regardless of location.
For projects that require photography, filming, or other on-site work, location and travel would need to be discussed in advance. But for writing, editing, narration, podcast production, website development, marketing, publishing, and consulting, remote work is usually the simplest and most efficient option..

Every project is different, so I don’t use one standard price for everything I do. The cost depends on the scope of the work, how much time is involved, and exactly what you need from me.
Before any work begins, we’ll talk through the project, your goals, and your budget so you know what to expect. I believe pricing should be clear from the beginning—no surprises and no unnecessary services added just to increase the bill.
If you have a specific project in mind, reach out and tell me about it. I’ll be happy to give you an estimate.
-
It depends on the project.
Some work makes more sense to price by the hour, while other projects are better handled with a flat project rate. I choose whichever approach is clearest and fairest for the work involved.
Before we begin, we’ll agree on the pricing structure so you know exactly how the project will be billed.

My primary computer is a MacBook, and I work across software for video editing, audio production, graphic design, photography, website development, publishing, and digital marketing. I also use my iPhone extensively for photography and video production.
For website development, I primarily build in Squarespace. For video and audio work, I use professional editing and production software, and I incorporate AI tools where they genuinely improve the creative process or efficiency.
The tools may change over time, but the goal stays the same: use the right technology to create the strongest result for the project.
-
Absolutely.
You do not have to hire me for an entire project from beginning to end. If you only need help with one piece — editing a video, building a webpage, recording narration, cleaning up audio, writing copy, creating graphics, reviewing a marketing idea, or something else — that is completely fine.
Sometimes the smartest thing is to bring me in for the part where you need the most help and keep everything else exactly where it is.
-
Yes. You do not need to start from scratch.
If you already have video footage, photographs, audio, written copy, branding, website content, or other project materials, I can work with what you have and help improve, organize, edit, or build from it.
In many cases, the best solution is not replacing everything. It is figuring out what is already working, what needs improvement, and what can be reused.cription
-
It depends on the size and complexity of the project.
A smaller project may only take a few days, while a larger project involving multiple pieces—such as a website, video production, or a broader creative campaign—may take several weeks.
Before we begin, I’ll give you a realistic idea of the timeline based on what the project actually requires. I would rather set an honest expectation from the beginning than promise an unrealistic turnaround just to get the job.
If there is a specific deadline involved, let me know when we first discuss the project and I’ll tell you whether I can realistically meet it.
-
Yes.
Most creative projects benefit from some level of revision, and I expect that. We’ll agree in advance on what revisions are included so the process stays clear and fair for both of us.
If you need ongoing help after the initial project is complete—whether that means updating a website, editing additional content, producing new material, or continuing with marketing or creative support—we can discuss that as well.
Some projects end when the final file is delivered. Others grow into longer working relationships. I’m comfortable with either.
-
Just reach out and tell me what you’re working on.
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting me. If you already know exactly what you need, great. If you only know what you’re trying to accomplish, that’s fine too.
We’ll talk through the project, your goals, your timeline, and your budget, and then decide what makes the most sense from there.
The easiest way to begin is simply to start the conversation.
